The perceptions of the Summit Condominiums by visitors, including potential buyers, are generally formed by the condition of the buildings, and the grounds.

The Board of Directors oversaw the 2015-2016 painting project in which all of the metal surfaces, including railing and fencing, were painted.  The parking lot was restriped in 2016.  Given that the grounds appearance is an important factor in contributing to the overall curb appeal of the Summit community, in 2015, ProCare Turf Management was employed as the landscaping and lawn care company.
