One of the most important events on the Summit condominiums annual calendar is the annual membership (owners) meeting.

The bylaws require that the meeting be held every year and it is at this annual meeting that expenses are compared to dues revenue during the financial report and that the proposed budget is reviewed and ratified.

It is an opportunity for owners to raise issues of general interest and make suggestions regarding the general operations of the Summit community.  (One reason that security cameras were installed, is that this issue was raised during the 2016 owners meeting, proposed and approved unanimously with input for the budget to include money towards this item).

If an owner has expressed interest in serving on the Board of Directors, it is at this meeting that directors are nominated and elected to fill expiring terms of previous directors.
