Summit Condominiums is situated across from American Christian Academy (The former Eastwood Jr. High School). This community was developed by Bill Lunsford Construction & Development with the groundbreaking taking place in 2006.

The first closings, where condominiums passed from developer to owner, occurred in 2007.  The Summit Association was created when it was recorded in December 2006 and the election of officers and the passing of a budget took place in 2007.

The Summit is five residential buildings (108 units total) of wood and steel frame construction with brick and vinyl siding exterior. Additionally there is a clubhouse consisting of an office, parlor, and fitness center.  The community consists of 24 one bedroom units, 72 two-bedroom units, and 12 two bedroom–plus units.
